Admissions & Tuition
We are currently accepting applications & registrations for the 2020-2021 school year. We have openings in grades K – 7 and a wait list for grades PK and 8.
Registration packets are distributed to families who have applied between November and March. Applications and registration is open to all starting in late March each year.

St. Paul School desires to offer its educational programs to every family whose values and goals for their children are consistent with those of the school.
Priorities for admissions are as follows:
- Parish families with siblings already in the school
- Parish families
- Rainbow Parish families
- Out-of-Parish Catholic families
- Non-Catholic families
K-8 Applications for Admission are accepted at any time throughout the year.
Pre-K Applications are accepted starting in October for the following school year.
By submitting an Application Form AND a $50 application fee, you hold a spot for your child at St. Paul School for the upcoming school year.
- Children entering Pre-Kindergarten must be 4 years of age by August 31
- Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years of age by August 31
- Grade appropriate screening and/or testing for all students prior to acceptance
Registration for new students
Registration for Pre-K and Kindergarten begins in March of each year. Application forms are accepted all year long.
Transfer students may begin registration and the transfer process for the Fall throughout the year. Acceptance is based on space availability, interview and transcripts.
New students will be notified of admission status by letter. Catholic families must be registered members of any of the Rainbow School Parishes* in order to receive the in-parish rate for tuition. Catholic members of Rainbow School Parishes other than St. Paul School are required to submit a letter signed by their pastor indicating that they are active contributing members of their parish.
Any student registering mid-year will also be required to interview with the Principal as well as meet all the other requirements as stated above. These students will be admitted on a probationary status.

Registration fee for Grades K-8 is $350 (this includes the $50 application fee)

Registration fee for Pre-Kindergarten is $250 (this includes the $50 application fee).
The 2019 – 2020 total cost of educating each child is $8,900.
No family pays the full cost of education; each child’s education is subsidized through fundraising, parish subsidies, grants and more.
Registration Fees: Students in Grades K-8: $350 ($50 application fee is deducted from this amount) Students in Pre-Kindergarten: $200 ($50 application fee is deducted from this amount)
Annual Technology Fee: Students in Grades K-8: $250
Financial Aid: Available for families and is based on need. We encourage families wishing to provide a Catholic education for their child, but are concerned about affordability, to apply for aid. Financial aid is offered for grades K-8. Our Pre-Kindergarten program is a self-supporting program, thus no assistance is available at this time.
Fulcrum Foundation Tuition Assistance: Each year families must resubmit applications for Tuition Assistance. The deadline is December 31, 2019, for returning students for the 2020-2021 school year and February 1, 2020 for new students for the 2020-2021 school year.
Talk to the principal if you are interested in aid, additional aid might be available after the February 1 deadline for those entering the school.

Volunteer Hours: We rely on the talent and generosity of our parents and extended families. Volunteers help to improve our community and keep tuition accessible. Each family is required to give 40 hours (20 hours for single-parent families) of service per year to the school by participating in various school-related activities. Families may opt-out of the volunteer commitment at $15.00/hour.
